Little-Love has been “magic-glove” free for over a week!
(nice outfit, has nothing to do with this post, just your average tuesday.)
I believe that, (at least for now… don’t wanna jinx it) my home is thumb-sucker free.
To celebrate Little-Love got a manicure, courtesy of her mother and Jamberry nails.
I’m so proud of my girl. It was a fight for sure, the first few days were hard, and it took a while for her sleep schedule to even out—but honestly, the most difficult part was simply deciding it was time.
The psychology behind our decision was so much harder then the task itself.
I’m so relieved.
I was trying to decide how to celebrate this achievement when a friend of mine invited me to a Jamberry-nails online sale. I’d never heard of them before, but–as luck would have it–they are basically nail stickers that you put on at home and last for weeks.
Well, what a coinkydink.
At home manicure it is…
and the Lover girl adores it.
It goes with her princess-dress.
I am going to miss her glove, but I think this new found independence is even better.
No more thumbs,
